    Guided onboarding is included at no extra cost on Growth, Business and Enterprise plans. The only additional costs you might encounter are phone number purchases or porting fees, which are carrier pass-through costs. We’ll outline these during Discovery so there are no surprises.

    Yes. We support number porting from most carriers. Porting timelines vary by country and carrier but typically take 1–3 weeks. We’ll handle the paperwork and coordination. There may be carrier fees associated with porting, which we’ll detail upfront.
